      By submitting a reservation with Campina Harmony Haven, the guest confirms that all information provided is accurate and may be used to process the booking, verify payment, prepare the stay, and resolve reservation disputes when necessary.
      Check-in, check-out, payment review, and reservation handling follow Philippine Standard Time (PHT). Room availability is only confirmed after the resort verifies the submitted payment details and approves the booking.
      The guest agrees to comply with house rules, valid identification requirements, and lawful conduct while staying at the property. The resort may refuse or cancel reservations that contain materially false information or violate operational policies.
      Campina Harmony Haven processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Guest information is collected only for legitimate reservation, security, operational, and guest-service purposes.
